Mexico Tech Week 2026
Privacy notice for the HUMANS game at Mexico Tech Week
Updated October 24, 2026
Who is responsible
Marathon Systema LLC (Wyoming, United States), 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, which operates HUMANS. For anything about privacy: privacy@humansconnections.com.
What data we handle
Your photo and your first name, which we ask for at the start.
Your answers: your gender, who you want to meet, your age and the ages you want to meet, what you are looking for, whether you want children, how you talk, your ideal weekend, how you handle what bothers you, how happy you are, what matters most to you and what you would love and what would not work for you in a partner (with their priorities), everything you write in your own words, and the optional note.
What an AI agent understands from those answers: a profile and a written portrait of you, the same kind of portrait HUMANS makes in the app. You can read it on your phone.
If you talk to the agent to change your portrait: what you write to it and what it answers.
Only if both people in a connection say yes: the name and contact you write for the other person.
We never ask your surname, email or phone number to play. Your phone keeps a random key, and that key is the only way back to your answers. We do not keep your IP address.
If you leave your email to hear when HUMANS opens in Mexico, we keep it separately, only to write to you once when it opens.
Sensitive data and your consent
Who you want to meet reveals your orientation, and some answers (for example, faith being among what matters most to you) can be sensitive personal data. By tapping Continue on the first screen you accept this notice and the Terms of the game, and you give your express consent to the use of your data for the purposes in this notice only. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your answers.
We do not use your photo for facial recognition or to identify you.
What we use them for
So the HUMANS agents understand your answers and compute your compatibility with the other people in the game; to show you your result privately; and, if both people accept, to give each one the contact the other wrote.
To check your photo automatically before it is used, and refuse sexual, violent or self-harm content.
Your connection, and only them, sees on their phone your photo, your first name, what you are like from your answers (your own words included) and why the engine believes in the pair. They see your photo from the moment the pair exists and for as long as neither of you says no. If you both accept to meet, each of you also sees the portrait the agent wrote of the other.
To show on the stand’s screen, with no photos, names, ages or genders, the traits of compatible pairs, their percentage and why the engine believes in them, in words the AI writes from both people’s answers.
The HUMANS team runs the game from a private console. There it sees your answers, your first name, your portrait, your results and the dates, and it can add, edit, pause or remove someone from the game. It opens your photo only for a safety review, which is logged. It never sees the contacts you share.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else processes them
OpenAI: the AI agents that read your answers, write your portrait, answer you if you want to change it and assess the compatibility of two people, and the automated check of your photo (moderation). It does not train models on them.
Voyage AI: turns your portrait into numbers to compare how alike two people are.
Supabase (database and private photo storage), Railway and Vercel (servers).
All are in the United States and process the data only on our behalf.
How long we keep them
Your photo is deleted by November 10, 2026 at 23:59 (Mexico City time) at the latest, and sooner if you replace it. Everything else from the game is deleted automatically on November 15, 2026.
You can delete everything of yours sooner, at any time, with “Delete my answers” on your phone. It is also deleted if the team removes you from the game.
If the team downloads a copy of the answers, it has no contacts or photos, and the team deletes it on the same dates.
After those dates, all that remains of the game is aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, how many people played or how many connections there were), which identify no one.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@humansconnections.com. We answer within 20 business days at most.
Changes
If this notice changes, we publish it on this same page with the date of the update.
